SHIPPING POLICY: 

2-3 Days (USPS) shipping for all orders(depends on location). Tracking will be sent to your email address automatically when COMPLETE order is fulfilled.

 CUSTOM JEWELRY:

Custom Items are made to order, please allow the time for your necklace to be made (14 BUSINESS DAYS) 

If your order consist of a custom item, your order will not be fulfilled until custom item is processed (made). All items will be sent Together 

If you order and would like to change the name or chain length, please email us within 24 hours of the initial order. 

-REFUND POLICY- : 

 LUSH allows five business days after your package has been delivered to initiate a refund.
